Instructions ：

1) Close all the torch valves .

2) Connect the hoses and the correct nozzle and tighten.

3) Slowly open the gas cap one-half turn to release any pressure buildup.

4) Open the gasoline valve on the fuel tank.

5) Adjust the oxygen pressure to the correct setting from the chart.

6) Hold the torch with the tip of the nozzle near the workpiece.

7) Open the gasoline valve approximately 1/8 of a turn.

8) Open the oxygen mixing valve approximately 1/10 turn.

9) Wait a few seconds until you can see a wet spot on the workpiece from

the atomized gasoline.

10) Ignite the atomized gasoline at the torch tip.

11) Adjust the flame by alternating between the gasoline and oxygen mixing valves until the flame is blue. A blue flame indicates that the gasoline is being completely burned at the highest temperature to avoid carbon buildup.

12) The torch is now ready for use.

13) When finished using, first shut off the gasoline valve.

14) Close the oxygen mixing valve after the flame is extinguished.

15)Open the oxygen cutting valve for 1 second to purge the hose.

16)Open the oxygen mixing valve for 1 second to purge the oxy-gasoline tube and torchhead, and to help keep the tip clean.
