1.Principle of work

gasoline into the nozzle for atomization, the absorption
needs no power and compression on gasoline tank to avoid
unnecessary preparation work. The no-pressure gasoline
welding-cutting machine bears a reasonable cutting torch
structure, the oxygen and oil valve positions at the
same with the oxygen and gas valve of the acetylene
torch – quicker to grasp, the gasoline tank can also
work under the normal pressure to achieve a cutting
thickness up to 0.5-400mm with no overflow of the
gasoline.
2.Safety & Reliability
The main danger of the gas cutting facility lies in the
combustion or explosion due to gas leakage or flashback,
while the gasoline welding-cutting machine features a
tight structure to control the leakage, and reduce the
peril due to low pressure or no pressure; moreover, the
nozzle of the gasoline welding-cutting machine adopts an
advanced structure to avoid flashback. The gasoline tank
has been filled with alloy siege explosion-proof
material to divide the tank into many small
compartments, and thus stop the diffusion of the fire,
meanwhile the honey-comb structure may absorb the heat
given out to reduce the temperature and expansion of the
reaction gas, thus the pressure boost enhances a little
to render a safest work environment in gasoline tank and
gasoline torch.
3.Low cost
It has been fairly proved that the gasoline is the most
economical cutting fuel, and moreover the working
capacity of 3 liter gasoline (15 Yuan) equals that of 1
bottle of the acetylene torch, the energy-saving
percentage rates over 80% and over 50% compared with the
liquidized propane.
4.Fast cutting
The gasoline welding-cutting machine cuts the sheet via
oxygen-gasoline fuel combusted fire up to 2900℃ in a
short warm-up time with quick cutting speed and high
work efficiency. It may cut a steel sheet up to 20mm at
20℃ with a warm-up time about 3-4s and cutting speed up
to 550mm/min.
5.Fine cutting quality
The gasoline cutting torch optimizes a fine cutting
results with no seaming and burn-down in upper limp and
adhering slag in lower limp, and features a smooth
surface and simple cleaning, it also eliminate
recarburization and hardening-up to reduce the material
waste during the processing.
